Become a Member For an Annual Fee (Existing Members Renew In Center)
That fee is for your whole family, for the whole year. After you make your payment, your local center will walk you through the necessary forms* and help you create your family file–then you’re good to go! Once you’re a member, you set the terms. Full-time or part-time. By the week, day or hour. You can make your reservations online, in person, on our app or over the phone. You pay for the care you use, and that’s that. You’ll be able to drop off your children for childcare any time we are open, pending availability.
After purchasing a membership, please fill out the paperwork listed in Steps 3a to 3e to gain access to our Member Portal.

Family Forms – fill out one form per family
Before you can drop off your Kiddles for the first time, the forms listed below need to be filled out and submitted online. Prior to enrolling your child, we request that you review our Family Handbook. The policies and procedures outlined in the Handbook have been determined with the best interest of all children enrolled at Sweet Kiddles.
Health Issue, Medication and Topical Product Forms –
A Child Medical/Physical Care Plan must be completed for a child who has a condition or diagnosis that requires monitoring the child for symptoms which require staff to take action, ongoing administration of medication or medical foods, administering procedures which require staff to be trained, and avoiding specific foods, environmental conditions or activities.
We are also required to have a Request for Administration of Medication form on file for each prescription and non-prescription medication that needs be administered during your child’s visit - if it is not already tied to a Medical/Physical Care Plan.
Finally, we are required to have parental permission to administer/apply over-the-counter topical products and lotions, i.e. diaper rash cream, sunscreen, aquaphor, etc.
Medical Forms – required for all children who have not yet enrolled in kindergarten. Must be printed and completed by a doctor within 30 days of the first visit.
Optional – Dolly Parton's Imagination Library of Ohio
Dolly Parton's Imagination Library of Ohio mails kids one free book each month until his or her 5th birthday. Any child in Ohio between birth and age 5 can sign up for this free program.

After completing all requirements and paying the annual membership fee, please allow up to 24 hours or until the next business day for your account to be activated. You’ve completed Step 1 on the Sweet Kiddles Journey.
Once everything is ready you will get a confirmation email with your login information.
